What is the cost of my cleaning?
Pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the area, the condition of the surface, and any add-ons you choose. We provide free quotes so you know what to expect before work begins.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses stronger water pressure and is best for durable surfaces like concrete, driveways, sidewalks, and some patios. Soft washing uses lower pressure with cleaning solutions and is better for delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, painted areas, and certain outdoor materials.
Do I need to be home during the service?
In many cases, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water source if needed. We will communicate with you before the appointment to make sure everything is ready.
What should I do before my appointment?
Before service, we recommend moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, decorations, and fragile items away from the cleaning area. Please also make sure windows and doors are closed securely.
