James Wholesale Homes partnered with me on 19 August 2025 to enhance their digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and create a strong online identity tailored to real estate investors and cash buyers. As a business specializing in off-market properties, investment opportunities, and fast-closing deals, they needed a complete digital marketing strategy that improved their visibility, credibility, and conversion power. My services included Google Business Profile Optimization, Web Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management, and full Web Development using WordPress.

Project Description

Client Goals & Initial Challenges

When the project began, James Wholesale Homes faced several challenges common in real estate digital marketing:

  • Their online presence lacked consistency and strong branding.
  • Google Business Profile impressions and engagement were low due to weak optimization.
  • They had no structured SEO strategy for ranking in target service areas.
  • Their social media lacked presentation, clarity, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Their old website did not reflect their authority, offer clear CTAs, or showcase their value to investors.

The primary goal was to build a high-performance digital ecosystem that would attract motivated sellers, real estate investors, and cash buyers.

Our Strategy & Implementation

To deliver impactful results, I built a comprehensive plan focusing on four essential areas:

1. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

A strong GBP is crucial for a real estate business, especially those targeting local investors and off-market property buyers. My work included:

  • Optimizing business description with real estate–specific keywords
  • Adding accurate categories and service areas
  • Uploading GEO-tagged property images
  • Posting weekly Google updates for engagement
  • Improving NAP consistency across platforms
  • Enhancing local SEO visibility for searches like “cash buyers Austin” and “off-market homes”

This helped increase phone calls, profile views, and website traffic from local prospects.

2. Web Optimization (SEO)

Before redesigning their website, I strengthened their SEO foundation by:

  • Conducting keyword research for real estate, wholesale homes, and investor-focused queries
  • Optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs
  • Improving website structure for better user flow
  • Enhancing internal linking for crawlability
  • Adding SEO-focused content for services and investor benefits
  • Speed optimization and mobile responsiveness improvements

These changes helped position James Wholesale Homes higher in real estate search results.

3. Social Media Management (SMM)

To build brand authority and attract investor interest, I developed a strategic content plan:

  • Designing modern, clean real estate graphics
  • Posting property opportunities, investment tips, and brand messaging
  • Highlighting “Cash Buyers Wanted,” off-market deals, and CTAs
  • Using local + real estate hashtags for reach
  • Maintaining consistent branding across all platforms

This helped them build trust and strengthen engagement with potential investors.

4. WordPress Web Development

I redesigned and developed a complete WordPress website tailored for investor conversions:

  • Clean, modern UI/UX with professional real estate branding
  • Dedicated pages for services, investor opportunities, and property listings
  • Clear CTAs for booking calls, joining buyer lists, and contacting the team
  • Fast-loading, SEO-ready layout
  • Mobile-friendly structure for easy browsing
  • Integration of forms for lead capture and list building

The new website effectively communicates their value, expertise, and available deals.
