For the Zoopo Products Store, handling orders on the Instagram account was becoming increasingly difficult. With hundreds of orders every other day, Amanda felt overwhelmed and consulted us for a solution. She had three clear demands: easy processing, clean graphics, and maximum automation of the processes. That’s why we suggested a Shopify e-commerce website to her.

Project Description

A Shopify website is ideal for small businesses since it is simple to set up and operate, even if you are not technologically inclined. It provides reasonable price options and customizable themes, allowing you to build a professional-looking store without breaking the bank. Shopify also handles payments and security. It’s a dependable option that develops with your business thanks to built-in SEO capabilities, mobile-friendly designs, and 24/7 support.

 

Theme Selection and Customization

For Zoopo, we selected the Debut theme, which is known for its clean design and simplicity. We customized the theme with pastel pinks and lavenders to complement Zoopo’s identity, providing an attractive and welcoming experience. This customization helped the store to show Amanda’s handmade products’ aesthetic while keeping a professional image. The theme’s clean layout makes it simple for customers to browse the website and find products quickly.

 

Font and Typography

We chose the Montserrat typeface because of its modern, accessible design, which suits Zoopo’s core values. The font worked nicely with the soft pastel color scheme, creating cohesiveness with the theme. All product descriptions, headlines, and buttons were designed for simple reading. This gave the website a polished and professional appearance while improving the user experience. Clear font was the primary goal to guarantee that users could easily explore and shop.

 

Automation of Order Processing

Shopify’s built-in tools, such as inventory tracking, automatic shipping calculations, and integrated payment gateways, were set up for Zoopo. These features helped Amanda manage her orders efficiently without any extra manual effort. Customers could also track their orders in real-time, improving their experience. The automation significantly cut down Amanda’s workload. It also allowed her to focus on fulfilling orders rather than handling administrative tasks.

 

User Experience (UX) Optimization

We improved the website’s user experience by categorizing products into obvious categories, such as gift boxes and personalized packaging. A search box was introduced to make product searches faster and easier. The checkout procedure was improved to decrease processes and allow consumers to place orders efficiently. We also optimized the mobile experience, knowing that many of Amanda’s clients purchase on smartphones. This made the store easier to use on multiple devices, increasing client satisfaction.

 

Mobile Responsiveness and Speed

To meet mobile users’ needs, we ensured the store was fully mobile-friendly. This meant resizing and compressing images to make them run faster without losing quality. Shopify’s content delivery network (CDN) helped get the website to users quickly, even for those with slower internet connections. Amanda’s customers could easily shop on any device with fast load times and a style that worked well on phones.

 

Social Media Management and Advertisement

We managed Zoopo’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook profiles, making sure the branding was consistent across all platforms. We used Zoopo’s soft colors and simple style for all posts and profiles. The content includes product updates, customer reviews, and videos of Amanda creating her packaging. Each post encouraged comments, likes, and shares to increase interaction. For the commercials, we targeted folks who enjoy handmade products and creative packaging. The advertisements featured basic, clear images and attractive words. This increased visitors to Zoopo’s Shopify store and generated more revenue.
